Family Service: Blessing of the Animals

October’s family worship will focus on the blessing of the animals, which is often done in October around the feast of St. Francis. All pets are welcome. Yes, all pets – stuffed, pictures or alive and well. Through stories, songs and celebration, Rev Bill will offer a blessing to each pet individually. An altar will be created to honor those pets that are no longer with us.
